I have been a big fan and loyal customer of Maui Goose now for just over 20 years. I have sent flowers for graduations, birthdays, weddings, funerals - all the things that happen over such a long time. I (and all the family and friends who receive the flowers) are always so delighted and impressed with the freshness and quality. Recently, I sent a flower bouquet, loose flowers, and a pikake lei for my mom's 75th birthday. Normally, the flowers arrive right on time with overnight FedEx. This time because of Hurricane Ida and not at all because of Maui Goose, the flowers showed up many days later, brown and wilted. Verna was updating me regularly the whole time and then offered to re-ship everything at no charge. She paid close attention to the details for the follow-up flowers with regard to the best timing to ship, which carrier would be best in the area considering the circumstances, and whether I needed an updated gift message. She thinks of everything, responds with aloha, is on it, and really cares. I love supporting this amazing local business!
